To order parts for your Excelway reach-out to the authorized Excelway dealer who sold you the machine. All our dealers keep an inventory of frequently ordered parts and consumables. If you did not purchase your machine through one of our distributors place your order directly with us. We have a dedicated spare parts facility in Longueuil QC and Raleigh NC to serve you. Once your order is received expect shipment to leave within 48 hours! If you have questions or concerns we’re always here to help.

Warranty Claims
All Excelway models come with a 1-year (or 1000 hours) limited parts & labor warranty plus 2 or 3-year engine manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty coverage is also available. Need more info?
